This Refund Policy applies to subscription fees for VroxStore Billing paid to ShoortMedia LLC.
Free plan
The Free plan has no charge and no refunds apply.
Paid subscriptions
- 14-day satisfaction window — first-time paid subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of initial purchase if the service materially fails to match advertised features.
- Renewals — subscription renewals are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
- Downgrades — take effect next billing cycle; no partial refunds for unused time on higher tiers unless mandated locally.

Email [email protected] with your account email, subdomain, and reason. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Chargebacks
Contact us before initiating a chargeback — we resolve most billing issues directly and may suspend accounts with abusive chargeback patterns.
