VroxStore Billing is a cloud software platform for invoicing, POS, inventory, appointments, and related business tools. Features vary by subscription plan.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). You are responsible for activity under your account and subdomain.

3. Subdomains

We grant you a non-exclusive subdomain (e.g. yourshop.vroxstore.com) while your account is in good standing. Reserved names and abusive slugs may be reclaimed. Custom domains on Pro+ plans require DNS verification.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform. See our Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Fees and billing

Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled. Prices may change with notice. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

We retain ownership of the platform, code, and branding. You retain ownership of your business data and content you upload.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months before a claim, except where prohibited.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate per plan terms. We may suspend accounts for violation of these Terms or Acceptable Use.
